In this unit students will view art work, have group and class discussion, compile recipes, share recipes, write biographies, conduct research, display their work, host an artist or performer to the class, design a questionnaire, interview recent immigrant, tape record or video tape interview, create an inventory of significant landmarks, create a walking tour pamphlet, and publish their work on the web.
